• Richard Šindler, CEO and founder

  Richard spends part of the year in Kolín, Czechia and part of the year in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he establishes new partnerships and collaborations.  At the same time, he analyzes the situation on the market and in the world.  He speaks Czech, English and Russian and also has basics of Polish and Afrikaans.  As CEO of the company, he conducts business in SA, acts for the company and acts as a liaison between Europe and South Africa

• Eduard Pokorný, COO and founder

  Eduard is the second director of the company. He is based in Kolín, Czechia and from there he oversees the high-quality course of operations. Together with Richard, he creates company plans and project plans for individual sectors of our South African interests based on the latest industry and market trends. Eduard speaks Czech, English and can also communicate in simple German. As the COO of the company, he organizes the individual fields of our interests in SA and creates the development of company activities.

• Richard Bartoloměj Popelka, Tax manager

  Richard B. Popelka works as a tax expert for our company. He has knowledge of law and taxes, he is also familiar with accounting and thus manages the tax agenda for our company, which is crucial for us, because we want to have all activities 120% in order. Richard B. Popelka speaks Czech, English and he can also communicate in simple French. He is also involved in the creation of contracts and partnerships in Europe for our businesses in SA.

• Kryštof Szilágyi, Deputy CEO

  Kryštof is Richard Šindler’s right-hand man and formally represents his position in the company when Richard travels on business in SA or elsewhere. He therefore makes sure that everything works as it should, even in the absence of the company’s management. Kryštof speaks fluent Czech, English and he can also communicate in simple Spanish.  Kryštof also leads the company’s general meeting.

• Dominik Marek, IT specialist

  Dominik represents a key function in the field of IT in our company, which is central to our international business. It ensures that we can work remotely across the globe and run our business, both within and outside the company. Dominik speaks Czech and English, he also knows the basics of Russian and French. He runs the digital part of our business, which is essential for international company.
