Short description 

The E.a.R. company was officially founded in Johannesburg, South Africa in 2024 and deals with financing projects and establishing partnerships between European capital and South African potential.  Although we have been in business as a (Pty) Ltd since 2024, we have years of experience matching capital with projects or entrepreneurs across SA.

History of our business 

Messrs. Richard Šindler, Eduard Pokorný and their team have been doing business in SA since the covid-19 pandemic, when they fully realized the unpredictability of world development and decided to exchange the European financial market, where it was increasingly expensive and less profitable to do business, for a new market that would be so strong, high-quality, financially more accessible and also politically neutral – and that’s how we got to South Africa.  The beginnings were difficult, as our group suffered from a lack of capital and the South African economic space was new to us, however, we were undaunted and started to conclude our first partnerships here.

Although our group is from the Czech Republic, paradoxically, the energy crisis and the political situation helped us a lot. When Europe started to decline, the economic crisis and inflation brought the entire continent to its knees. The world became more polarized due to the political situation and people did not know what would happen next. It was at this time that more and more people became interested in our solution, because although SA was also facing many challenges at the time, it was still a neutral and strong country, safe to keep money and value it.

The main breakthrough came when Richard Šindler visited South Africa in 2023 for the first time in order to meet here with partners and discuss the future. A clear consensus was reached – to build a company that will bring capital to South African entrepreneurs and together embark on the path of success and independence from the political situation or economic crises in both Europe and SA. When he returned, new partners began to rapidly increase and the capital began to multiply.

All the growth led to Richard having to visit SA again in 2024 to establish new partnerships and start new stories. And here also began our story as a registered South African company, owned by Czech partners for cooperation between Europe and SA – the company Euro-South African E.a.R. group.

Now we are ready to conquer more milestones. Our dream is to bring a strong overseas partner to Europe as a neutral alternative to the current bipolarity and to bring capital from Europe to South Africa to build a prosperous strong economy that continues to work despite all crises and proves its invincibility!
