Cooperation between Europe and South Africa is a key factor in our business.  We connect European capital with South African projects and thereby support both economic development in South Africa and create a new path for Europe out of world bipolarity by cooperating with a neutral country with a lot of potential and the strength of G20 member

Our task is to select projects with the greatest potential, overlapping fields and positive impact on the South African market, which deserve to become partners of our cooperation.  Our main focus in South Africa is finance, because SA has long been one of the best regulated financial markets in the world with a huge banking system. The Johannesburg Stock Exchange is one of the twenty largest in the world and the financial sector is growing remarkably despite the country’s challenges.  We also cooperate with developers on the construction of everything necessary for economic development of this country

Eduard Pokorný and Richard Šindler have been friends since time immemorial and have been working together on various projects for years.  Abbreviation E.a.R. has been used for their projects from a young age and so even now, when their activity has reached a international level, they have remained steadfastly loyal to their old brand
